Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:1. Responsible for contractor and safety orientations.2. Assist with contractor mobilization.3. Responsible for the collection of hours worked reports and data for construction reporting.4. Responsible for receiving, assembling, and distribution of construction work packages. 5. Analyze and audit field drawings on a scheduled basis to ensure accuracy.6. Conduct site safety audit walk-through and call out potential hazards and/or concerns.7. Assist with logging and distributing equipment ordered for the project.8. Record document collection for turn-over.9. Verify construction conforms with contract documents and applicable standards and prepare and maintain project documentation through field observation.10. Assist in obtaining submittals for review and requests for information for review and response.11. Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Associate degree in Construction Management or related field or two years is preferred
Physical:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Must be able to traverse uneven terrain on foot. Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions for extended periods. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to use a ladder/lift. Must be able to climb ladders and stairs. May need to be able to pass a background check. May need to be able to travel by air or boat.

Individual must have ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment with constant deadlines. Proven organization, problem solving, communication, and interactive skills required. Must also have ability to understand and write about technical issues and understand related technical terminology. Must be able to remain composed in a professional manner when presented with uncomfortable or difficult situations.Knowledge/SkillsKnowledge of OSHA 10 and basic understanding of measurements, construction methods, construction equipment, and applicable building standards.
