Our finance department is growing, and we have exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to assist in leading our company’s accounts payable processes.
Responsibilities include supervising the accounts payable staff; working closely with other finance supervisors to standardize payable processes and procedures for the company; ensuring policies and procedures are kept current; evaluating and recommending process improvements and enhancements to internal controls procedures; overseeing accounts payable and expense report processing, company credit card management, and the company travel program; coordinating training and mentoring for less experienced staff. Travel will be required.
The successful candidate must have a combination of education and/or experience totaling seven years of relevant experience. Any of the following is acceptable: bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field plus 3 years in the professional services industry; associate degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field plus 5 years in the professional services industry; or no degree plus 7 years in the professional services industry.

- At least 2 years of previous supervisory experience
- At least 5 years of accounting or accounts payable experience
- Experience using accounting system software (Deltek Vision preferred)
- Experience identifying, implementing, and documenting process improvements
