Interns will be exposed to a wide range of tasks and projects, providing valuable skills and knowledge that will kickstart a career in the building materials industry following graduation.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the company, including operations, drafting/estimating, sales support, and customer service.
- Work closely with various departments to support their needs and projects.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and operations.
- Shadow and learn from experienced professionals in different areas of the company.
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Construction Management, Business, Sales/Marketing, Drafting, or a related discipline/major (Junior/Senior status preferred).
- Previous experience in Building Materials, Retail, Construction, or related industry a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
