Seeking a full-time Office Asst. / Receptionist. Duties include but are not limited to the following: greeting clients; answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system; processing and routing all incoming and outgoing mail; maintaining calendars for new clients; setting up new files; maintaining public areas; assisting clients; assisting Office Manager; filing / scanning; any duty assigned and necessary to support the Firm. Hours Mon-Thurs 8a-5p; Fri 8a-12:00p. Please email a detailed resume with references. Salary $13.00 - $16.00 per hour.
