Production Associate

Our client, has been a global leader in the manufacturing of polymer solutions. The company has 6 plus manufacturing plants including 2 in the Pasadena area.

The Expectations:

• Demonstrates & meets qualification on blending, packaging, weighing operations & fork lift.
• Sets up and starts all machines, checking all controls for adherence to mixing or packaging procedures.
• Weighs ingredients to meet recipe specification and inserts into machinery.
• Monitors production and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Troubleshoots equipment and processing issues.
• Operates machinery to mix, discharge or handle materials according to operating procedures.
• May take samples of materials to lab for evaluations and instructions.
• Documents work completed as required including logs, data reports, procedures, etc.
• Participates in training, retraining and continual improvement processes and methods.

The Experience & Education

2 years of industrial experience.

High School Diploma or Equivalent, required.

The Benefits

The position pay rate starts at $17.50/hr.

This position schedule has rotating, 8 to 12 hour shifts. Allowing for rotating days off during the week and potential for overtime!
