About us
Meadow Homes is a startup vacation rental management company focused on Northeast ski and lake destinations, with homes in Mount Snow, Manchester, Okemo, Sunapee, the Berkshires, and Hunter. We are growing rapidly with new locations set to include Stratton, Killington, and Lake Winnipesaukee.
Meadow targets upscale homes: it is a curated collection of design-focused properties catered to friends and families looking to escape to the beauty of New England. The homes are generally on the larger side (three or more bedrooms) with elevated amenities (hot tubs, ping pong, pool, etc.). We pride ourselves on attentive, warm interaction with both owners and guests, serving as the preferred local partner for the destinations we operate in.
Communicative, independent, and entrepreneurial person with a passion for hospitality to take ownership for growing the managed portfolio in New Hampshire, including strategizing on new home sourcing, owner outreach, homeowner marketing, handling negotiations, and other day-to-day maintenance of homeowner relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience with sales, growth, or business development in real estate or hospitality. Must have willingness to travel.
