Basic Function:
Reporting to the Development Director, the Development Database Coordinator is responsible for being the main point person for database administration. This position works in closely with the MOWWM Leadership team. Duties include database management and reporting, event coordination, donor engagement, and project-based work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Adheres to and encourages a work environment consistent with MOWWM Mission, Vision and Core Values.
· Keeps supervisor informed of department activities and challenges.
· Collaborates with all departments to advance the mission of MOWWM.
· Maintains positive client, customer, and partner relationships.
· Follows procedures to ensure compliance with Federal, State and grant regulations/requirements.
· Manage and oversee data in the donor database and other databases as assigned.
· Responsible for data entry, gift recording and preparing gift acknowledgements.
· Trains all database users on data entry, gift recording and acknowledgments.
· Prepare and run database reports and maintains good data hygiene.
· Assists with fundraising events as assigned.
· Assists with mailings as assigned, (hard copy, direct mail and electronic).
· Assists with volunteer committees and training of volunteers.
· Tracks development data needed for metrics and reporting.
· Assists Executive Team with reports, administrative support.
· Assists with community engagement needs as assigned.

· Ability to set and meet realistic goals, establish work priorities, organize people and materials to reach goals, handle pressure well, and evaluate and report results
Education/Training/Experience Required
· Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
· Minimum two years’ experience CRM database administration (Bloomerange currently used) or closely related experience.
· Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Social Media, and database management
· Ability to handle donor interest and personal information with tact and sensitivity, in a confidential manner
· Ability to work collaboratively with a strong customer-service orientation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
