What does a production helper at Mecart do?

Our production helpers assist the welding and machine departments with their tasks and ensures production runs smoothly. All our contracts our custom so no two days look exactly the same!

T*ask description*

- Help the Machine operators with the loading and bending of panels on the brake press

- Cut metal sheets and moldings to length with a band saw or shear press.

- Check that welders have the required items need to complete their job- Supply material to machine department

- Various other tasks that arise throughout a workday

The skills that are required:

- Any related skills are a plus, but we will train you to learn any tasks required at the plant

- Experience working your hands, performing measurements is a plus

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
