Job Posting for Regional Relationship Manager at Mechanical Optimizers, LLC
As a Regional Relationship Manager, you will be building partnerships with industrial and commercial customers in the greater Columbus, Ohio area to provide HVAC mechanical maintenance service programs and solutions. This includes prospecting / new business development efforts and building lasting relationships by making sure the customer always has the best solution in place.
Job Duties
Business to business (B2B) sales and prospecting to identify new customers within commercial and industrial settings.
Ability to sell services and value to win business
Develop, implement, and maintain effective sales plans within territory
Execute a consultative approach with key decision makers to uncover customer needs in order to create solutions that will meet customer goals
Secure initial meetings – includes setting agenda/expectations, relevant discovery questions, defining action items, and confirming next steps/deliverables
Conduct site surveys to gather existing mechanical equipment information, understand customer’s equipment needs, and develop a tailored solution
Recognize and implement proper safety protocol
Create and present preventative maintenance agreement pricing and proposals
Ability to travel within the specified territory to prospect and meet with existing customers
Attend and participate in client-related events to engage with key decision makers for new business opportunities
Requirements
Four or more years of business-to-business (B2B) sales and account management experience
Commercial / Industrial HVAC industry experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field is preferred
Must complete OSHA 10 (company will provide, if needed)
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics software

Compensation
Salary Range: $70,000 To $80,000 per year, based on qualifications & experience
