Meckley Services Inc. is looking for a full-time Fleet Manager. Meckley provides its customers a wide range of services from Plumbing, Electrical, and General Carpentry repairs. Our customers expect a professional appearance, attitude, and a very high skill level. This includes our vehicle upkeep and professionalism while operating our fleet.
We are looking for a qualified individual to ensure our fleet standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, manage, coordinate fleet acquisition.
- Fleet assignment among team members
- Utilization
- Scheduling Maintenance and repair of existing fleet.
- Replacement and disposal of existing fleet.
- Managing vehicle licensure and registration as well as ensuring insurance is current. Updating and maintaining vehicle maintenance records.
- Tracking and updating fleet inspections
- Monitoring fleet data analysis on fleet operators
- Mentor, score, track fleet operators on safety and speed control while monitoring
- Developing relationships with Vendors for Fleet Maintenance
- Ability to analyze reports and submit findings to the Executive team
- Assist HR in handling vehicle accidents as they occur
- Analyze and track costs and expenses
- Must be willing to travel to all 4 company locations periodically on a limited basis

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
