Med-Call Healthcare is looking for multiple mobile specimen collectors to join our team.
Med-Call Healthcare, the leader in statewide medical staffing and healthcare services across Illinois, is seeking competent part-time and full-time employees to serve as lab test collectors within a clinic setting. These are long-term multi-year positions that have both flexibility and opportunity for advancement
Responsibilities:
- Observe and collect urine samples from individuals for drug testing purposes
- Perform breath, saliva, and urine alcohol testing according to proper procedures
- Follow proper procedures and protocols to ensure accurate and reliable test results
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations when handling sensitive information
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company privacy.
- Prepare and label specimens for laboratory analysis
- Complete necessary documentation and paperwork associated with sample collection
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for individuals being tested
- Accept callouts mainly days.
- Willing to work 10-12 hours occasionally.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping
- Must be willing to work a flexible on call schedule
- Must be willing to travel to designated offices within IL up to a 1.5-2 hr drive
