Position Requirements:
- Poses DO or OD license in the state of IN
- Must be Board Certified
- Poses own means of transportation
- Acclimating quickly in a new environment
- Have great bedside manners and communication skills

Requirements
Some of the responsibilities include:
- perform routine, comprehensive exams for glasses and contacts
- perform dilated exams
- provide diabetic evaluations
- treatment of infection and injury
- Repair and equip patients with eyeglasses
- Proficient in diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease
- Comfortable working with geriatric population
Requirements:
- Be available full time
- Possess a valid OD/DO license in the state of IN
- Be Board Certified
- Have her/his own means of transportation
- Quickly acclimate to new environments
