Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The Spa Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients
- Hire , manage and motivate a team of spa professionals
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs
- Oversee the maintenance of spa equipment and facilities
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote spa services
Skills:
- Strong budgeting skills to effectively manage financial resources
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to adapt strategies accordingly
- Retail management experience to drive sales of spa products
- Shift management skills to ensure smooth operations during different shifts
- Proficiency in math for pricing services, calculating payroll, etc.
- Ability to make informed purchasing decisions for spa supplies

Requirements:
- English & spanish speaking (required)
- Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends
