Join Medallus urgent care/ primary care clinic in Elko, NV, starting at $75/hour plus 20% of profit, and then become a part owner in the second year. Work Monday to Thursday from 8am to 6pm with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. Full benefits with sign on bonus and loan repayment program.
