We are seeking dedicated and experienced Physician Assistants to join our dynamic team. The Physician Assistant will work closely with our physicians and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality medical care to patients across the lifespan. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, possess excellent clinical skills, and demonstrate a commitment to collaborative practice and professional development.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions under the supervision of a physician.
Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and performing minor procedures.
Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Current licensure as a Physician Assistant (Any State)
Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in a clinical setting.
Proficiency in conducting comprehensive physical assessments and diagnosing acute and chronic illnesses.
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
