Job Title: Physician Assistant

Location: Fayetteville, NC

Duration: 1 year contract, 4 extension years available

Shift: M-F 8am-4:30pm

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Physician Assistants to join our dynamic team. The Physician Assistant will work closely with our physicians and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality medical care to patients across the lifespan. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, possess excellent clinical skills, and demonstrate a commitment to collaborative practice and professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
• Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions under the supervision of a physician.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and performing minor procedures.
• Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant (Any State)
• Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive physical assessments and diagnosing acute and chronic illnesses.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
