Our Sales team is growing and looking for an enthusiastic Director, Revenue Operations to join us!

In this role you'll be working on the teams that are being tasked with solving these problems. 


The Revenue Operations leader plays a crucial role in the overall success of the Go-To-Market organization. It is the role of the Director, Revenue Operations to serve as the strategic translator between business requirements and system design to ensure a scalable sales and growth engine. The role is responsible for ensuring the CRM and associated tools are positioned to optimally support sellers, sales and marketing leaders, and other organizational stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business process, workflow design and documentation with key leaders across all commercial functions.
  • Design intake processes for how functions request services and engage with the Revenue Operations team.
  • Partner with Lead Salesforce architect to prioritize project workloads and ensure each build can happen successfully.
  • Partner with Marketing to modernize the lead flow processes and reporting requirements
  • Partner with Sales to establish a forecasting framework and rebuild the sales workflow so every seller can be effective and pipeline can be clearly tracked. Develop, document, and enable an effective process that drive better performance
  • Establish the metrics and visibility to understand the entire customer lifecycle, from lead generation through deal close and account development

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations experience in B2B and preferably a SaaS company. 
  • Deep experience with CRM (Salesforce) and other commonly used sales and marketing tech stack products (Hubspot, Partdot, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Gainsight etc.)
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
  • Proven experience designing templates and handling documentation for business requirements
  • Must have the ability to understand the business and sales/marketing process.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex information to cross-functional leaders and executives
  • Scalability-minded with an eye for process and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Demonstration of effective listening, communication,and problem solving skills (written and verbal)
