Repair, customize, maintain, or overhaul both customer and dealer owned motor vehicles as close to the allotted time schedule as possible with excellent quality

Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Service Department Operations
- Provide prompt, dependable, high-quality, vehicle service to (internal and external) customers
- Complete repair work within scheduled time period
- Maintain productivity
- Diligently request parts to be ordered as needed
- Perform any repairs/maintenance work according to manufacture requirements
- Assist Service Writer, when requested, with writing work orders, test riding, or any other issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- High communication with Service Writer is a must
- After the completion of each job, ensure any paperwork has been properly filed
- Keep shop area as clean as possible
- Maintain any necessary technician (PHD and other) qualifications assigned to you by the Service Manager
- Employee will work on motorcycles, dirt bikes, ATV’s and UTV’s
- Customer Service
- Treat all and customers with respect, should any incidents occur, report directly to Service Manager
- Always make sure customers vehicle is cleaner than it arrived
Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Completion of a factory authorized training program such as MMI Service School or equivalent work experience
- Current Motorcycle license/endorsement
- Service Technicians need both basic and special tools to properly diagnose and service our products. All Service Technicians are required to own a set of tools within 10 days of hire.
- D.O.T approved helmet
Physical Demands
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
- Requires the use of both hands.
- Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, handle tools, and lift 50lb. of material.
- Frequently requires the ability to balance and push a 900 lb. motorcycle
Working Conditions
- Frequently works near moving mechanical parts.
- Is potentially exposed to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials or other toxic materials commonly found in a motor vehicle service department.
- Occasionally, exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles.

Pay
- Pay is $18-35 per hour DOE
- Flat rate or hourly
Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday 9-6pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
