As of August 2022, Media Cause consists of 60 full-time employees along with a network of talented consultants. We have offices in Boston, Washington DC, Atlanta, and San Francisco, as well as a few team members who work remotely on a permanent basis. Our agency has grown in size every year since our founding, landing on the Inc. 5000 list for the fastest growing private companies in America three times. We have built a strong business, although impact is our North Star. In addition to winning 19 creative and effectiveness awards for our client work in 2021, Media Cause was also honored by Inc. Magazine with a Best In Business Gold Award for our positive impact on our community, our industry, and society as a whole.

  • Design data measurement strategies and plans to drive the evaluation of fundraising, paid media, social media, website and/or, email strategies
  • Conceptualize and implement scalable data structures to support multiple client reports with minimal redundancy
  • Support client teams with timely campaign reporting during busy times of year, such as the EOY fundraising season
  • Ensure that all data projects you work on have detailed and accessible documentation, so that any staff member can pick up where you left off
  • Provide guidance on data collection, analysis, and management internally to empower all Media Cause employees to bring data-driven values into our client work

Most time in your position will be spent directly working with clients and client teams on data measurement strategies, dashboard implementation and ad-hoc data analyses.
