Duties and Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will serve in a leadership capacity within the Management Consulting Division focused on the existing portfolio of business, management of engagement managers and staff, teaming partner relationship management, and development and capture of new business working with the business development team
  • This role will have a primary focus on Management Consulting account management and growth, as well client facing delivery leadership and personnel development across multiple federal agencies
  • The Director will primarily work with the divisional account team and corporate leadership to identify relevant opportunities for inclusion in the pipeline, as well as assist in developing related capture strategies and approaches in order to grow/manage the PCI-GS consulting engagement practice
Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust as well as be upgradable to a SECRET clearance (or higher) as needed
  • Proven experience fostering growth within an account and selling professional services
  • Knowledge of and facility developing capture strategies for deals on government wide acquisition contracts
  • Ability to analyze addressable market and buyer spend to inform account growth and capture strategies
  • Proven ability to run capture on large deals, including proposal manager roles
  • Ability to develop briefing decks, thought pieces, and other materials summarizing service offerings and value proposition
  • Deep and broad working knowledge of organizational solutions and sub-solutions, and technology industry-recognized capabilities, methodologies, tools, certifications, and other elements
  • Proven ability to achieve managed revenue goals in excess of $5m annually, as well as associated margin
  • Demonstrated ability to provide oversight of a portfolio of engagements including quality management/review, coaching & development, engagement economic management, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage engagement teams of varying sizes, including teams in excess of 15 FTEs and remote teams
  • Ability to assess, identify, hire, and retain current and emerging technology talent, including knowledge, experience, and certifications that are critical to technology portfolio growth

Physical Requirements

If required, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time to visit other company sites. Must have hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas may be required. This position may require an employee to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance, reach, push, and pull. The employee may also be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
