What are the responsibilities and job description for the AEM Tech Lead position at Media.Monks?
We are looking for highly talented AEM Tech Leads and Developers. While our office is in Toronto. We are open to people across Canada who can work remotely.
- You’ll vet incoming projects and define our initial response, and take it from there. Your extensive expertise in conquering technical challenges will safeguard new projects from the get-go.
- While based in Toronto, you will also work with our teams across the Americas, primarily LA, SF, CDMX and NYC.
- Some of the projects you’ll work on engage with experimental technologies and can be technically challenging, requiring you to lead the way across uncharted paths of development.
- Once projects have been sold through, you’ll help to prepare them for development by our production strongholds in Amsterdam & Buenos Aires.
- You’ll be challenged to develop thoughtful solutions for a myriad of business and software-related problems.
- You’ll assess feature and implementation requests and build these within new or existing AEM ecosystems.
- Some requests can be super-specific, requiring you to think of custom development plans to achieve the desired functionality or behaviour.
- Perform all aspects of the system development life-cycle including designing, coding, testing, documenting, installing, and maintaining custom applications;
- Other times, clients may only know what they want, not what they need, in which case you’ll help to pinpoint both the problem and the solution.
- Alongside 500 coworkers from other disciplines, you’re part of an international production operation that develops everything you could possibly throw at a digital project.
