We are searching for outgoing, self-motivated professional people with an entrepreneurial mindset who love to work for themselves. In this position you will work daily to help local business owners grow their business while building lasting relationships.

You will create a sense of community among the neighborhood residents with a high-quality, publication with all local non-controversial content that the community looks forward to receiving every month. You will do this through selling ad packages, digital and print, helping business owners reach the homeowners of the top property values in an area.

Don’t think of this as “the magazine business” this is a business that has been proven across the country to substantially grow income, wealth, and independence.

Although no specific industry experience is necessary, Publishers often have backgrounds in sales, marketing, or business ownership. If you've never worked in sales before, we specialize in getting you going and supporting you the entire way.

This position is commission based. In sales jobs that offer a base salary for all, the commission structure is quite low and or capped in order to “spread out” the revenue among the sales force with base salaries for all. In essence, the “sales leaders” share what they bring into the company across the sales force. This opportunity is different!

What does 100% commission really mean to you?

You will earn 80% commission on what you sell into your publication.

You will earn 30% commission on what you sell into other publications (over 1,000 across North America)

No cap on your income. Earn as much as you like (most publishers earn in the multiple six-figures working 40 hours during regular business hours, through the week). High performers sell $1million .

If you want a raise, you are in control of how much you make.

Stable income – You will know the minimum that your check will be 12 months out. Our agreements are 12 month minimum.
