Position Summary :

In addition to the Marketing Department, this role will have strong relationships with members of the Sales, Finance, Player’s Club, Food & Beverage, Facilities and EVS departments in addition to external agency personnel and vendors

Essential Job Functions :

Develops and manages the daily operation of advertising, media planning, public relations, community relations, and internal communications plansResponsible for the development, management and implementation of advertising including, but not limited to, creative development, production, workflow, media planning, Internet channel, and strategic plan developmentInterfaces with other department managers to manage activities that require advertising, as well as tracking results of all direct response-advertising programsManages advertising agency relationshipsManages strategic marketing alliances including development and coordination with other department managers and executionSteward of the Rivers brand managing usage, brand standards, and development of strategic marketing plans to enhance the brandAssists in development of general marketing plans, operating reviews and consolidation of departmental marketing plansOversees property signage planning, development and executionQualifications :

College degree or other work or educational equivalent required1-3 years of relevant experience working in advertising, social media or a comparable marketing capacityOutstanding organization skills are a must, as is the ability to actively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

Work is performed both in an office and on the casino floor in a smoke-free environmentHours of work will vary based on the monthly marketing calendar and average at least 40 hours per week.

Based on the promotion hours will vary between daytime and early evening hours, typically. Holiday and weekend work schedules will also varyAt times the Coordinator Advertising will be required to travel off property and execute events outside of the casinoTeam members may be required to move and lift boxes and items up to 25lbs
