Job Summary : The purpose of this position is to discover, develop, create, and optimize communications for external and internal audiences.
Required On-Site Work : This position will work at our Petit Jean Mountain campus at least three days per week, adding more days as necessary.
This is a full time benefited position and will be posted until filled.
Salary range : $46,000 to $49,000 annual

Essential Responsibilities : Create and optimize a variety of content based on target audiences (ranging from conference clients to donors) for the Institute's communication channels, including blog posts, website copy, direct mail, social media, email newsletter, communications collateral, and press releasesSeek out stories that highlight the mission and vision of the Institute and are valuable examples of the Rockefeller EthicServe as lead writer for donor communications (direct mail, email, etc.
Serve on the content team (marketing manager and marketing assistant) that creates, manages, and executes a variety of digital marketing campaignsAssist marketing manager in maintaining, coordinating, and contributing to the content calendar and ensure timely execution of identified projectsAs part of the content team, track and assess the performance of content and content channels, making recommendations to Chief Advancement Officer about changes or improvementsCoordinate contributors to and be the lead writer on the employee newsletterAssist the Chief Advancement Officer in developing marketing and development strategies for the Institute
Other responsibilities : Provide support for special projects and special events generated by the marketing and development departmentsResearch content marketing trends and provide recommendations to the Marketing teamAssist with media relations and outreach as neededCoordinate meetings and presentations as neededLead projects independently, as well as work collaboratively within a team structure
Requirements

Work Schedule : Work Schedule : The base schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 hours a day, but hours will vary, and occasional evenings are required
