SUMMARY :

This position assists in the daily operations of the Frame Shop and works under the general supervision of store management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Assists in maximizing productivity, achieving sales and net profit goals for the department.Provide exceptional customer serviceEnsure that all products and selling areas are properly received, stocked and merchandisedAchieves and maintains a high-quality level of customer framing and provides superior customer service.

Takes and processes orders accurately and in a timely manner. Ensures the quickest and most accurate turn-around time of processing customer orders by promised date.

Assists in merchandising frame shop and ready-made frame department.Processes necessary paperwork accurately by deadlines as needed.

Demonstrates regular and reliable attendance.Attends and participates in training sessions and monthly store meetings as requiredOTHER FUNCTIONS :

May check in and processes department freight as needed.Assists customers with handling of large of heavy items to their vehicles.

Work Environment : Works under regular store conditions. Occasional exposure to heat, dust, solvents, chemicals, paint, glues, etc.
