Environmental Services Marketing Director Permanent Role Pay Rate : 97000-121000 per year Palm Coast locations On site role The Mkt.

Leads the vision / strategy and performs the coordination / planning / managing of Environmental Services and Patient Transport where applicable.

Responsible for the supervision and accomplishment of the personnel maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Ensure throughput advancement by efficient patient movement throughout the facility. Plans, organizes, supervises, coordinates and controls the activities of the Environmental Services Department.

Must work closely with all departments and staff to ensure the patient's best interest is top priority.

Responsibilities

Develops annual vision, goals and objectives for environmental services and patient transport consistent with the mission and strategic plan of the organizationAssigns duties to ensure work tasks are accomplished efficiently and ensures that adequate staff and supplies are available for the shiftReviews and updates policies and procedures to insure they remain in compliance.

Ensures compliance with TJC, Federal, State and Local regulations and standardsPrepares, evaluates and controls the department's annual budgetRegularly surveys departmental procedures for adherence to acceptable cleaning practicesRegularly surveys departmental procedures for adherence to acceptable transportation practicesSupervises all staff by assigning work, training, hiring evaluation performance, progressive discipline and recommending termination as is appropriate
