international partnerships; alumni engagement; government relations; and more.Documents and archives presidential communications.

Interacts with administrators, greet guests, and field inquiries.Gains valuable experience in fast-paced, executive administration office.

Identifies additional opportunities for presidential outreach.Proposes engagement topics to the president's communications team.

Advises on current student trends and areas of interest.QualificationsEDUCATIONRequiredCurrently enrolled as a student at Indiana UniversitySKILLSRequiredStrong writing, editing, research, and communications skillsExtremely detail-oriented, thorough, and accurateAbility to quickly shift focus and write for different audiencesExcellent time management, execution, and prioritization skillsEager, consistent, and can-do attitudeMaintain the highest level of discretion and confidentialityProficiency in Word and Excel (including mail merges)Working Conditions / DemandsThis role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment.

The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
