The National Internal Communications Temp will report to Corporate Communications, and work closely with other communications, marketing and design professionals, as well as functional leaders and teams across the business.
They will help develop, execute, manage, and evaluate internal communication platforms and campaigns to drive colleague engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Works with national internal function leaders (diversity, equity & inclusion, learning & development, producer development, national sales, and various operations or leadership teams) to determine the internal campaign or project objectives and develops a corresponding communication plan and message positioning, with prioritization on colleague engagement.
Works closely with national project managers to identify timelines, set expectations, submit project requests, and insure project flow is seamless.
Collaborate with functional team members, communication team members, and others as needed to execute content, campaigns and projects.
Working in an email marketing platform, creates and analyses communication pieces : o
Designs and formats email announcements and newsletterso
Manages analysis of email sends (open rate, click-through rate, etc.)o
Identifies and reports trends
Maintain and optimize key areas of the internal colleague portal (intranet) including, the home page, news feed, colleague and leadership spotlights, and marketing communications pages.
Assist with content management and organization strategies within the intranet.
Write compelling messaging to draw internal audiences to new / important content.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills :
Marketing, communications or internal communications experience preferred.
Ability to think strategically and implement tactically; good analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to prepare and present information; expert skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Project management work experience.
Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, or content management platform preferred.
Pardot certification, a plus.
Experience using a variety of digital tools, including these (or similar) platforms / systems : Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
Experience using Wrike or similar project management applications, a plus.
Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and present results neatly, with clarity and precision in oral and written form.
