Applicants must hold a high school diploma. It is the goal of Huber Heights City Schools to employ and maintain Highly Qualified paraprofessionals.
Current employees will be encouraged to participate in district provided training and receive assistance to meet the Highly Qualified criteria as defined by No Child Left Behind.
Both current and new employees must meet the Highly Qualified criteria as a condition of employment in any federally-designated Title I building.
