WE LOVE OUR WORK.

Providing assistance with the following areas; Advertising, Property Marketing and Promotions.Working directly with the Director of Marketing on all coordination for internal advertising including direct mail designs, posters, collateral, etc.

Responsible for the routing of approvals for all Advertising, Promotions and Events collateral.Responsible for the placement and upkeep of internal advertising displays.

Responsible for the setting up of offers within the VLT systems for promotional drawings and giveaways.Writing rules and regulations for promotions and events and submits to the State for approvals.

Assisting in conception of Promotions.Coordinating all Bus Marketing property visits, including scheduling, greeting the bus, billing, some sales and bus analysis.

Ability to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor, Manager, or Director.Processing purchase orders and check requests for the Marketing Department.

Must have intermediate computer knowledge; MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), Sales Force (CMS); ACSC preferred.Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word).

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environmentMust have exceptional communication, analytical, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and leaders to complete property / corporate initiatives and effective day to day operations.

Must have an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.Must enjoy hosting others.Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests.

Organized with an eye-for-detail and should be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Compliance with all regulatory, governmental, and safety requirementsDevelopment of team to include completion of all required training and knowledge of all policies and procedures relating to their positions.Other duties, as needed.
