Quinn Evans has a full-time position available for a marketing coordinator. The position will serve marketing, business development, and communications functions for the entire firm.

The position can be located in any of our office locations. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is organized, detail-oriented, graphics savvy, and has strong communication skills.

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and development efforts for all stages of project pursuits, including qualifications and proposal packages, and presentationsSupport proposal production process including proofreading, editing for grammar, spelling, comprehension, consistency, and assembling and delivering final documentsMaintenance and management of marketing information and systems, including, but not limited to : Collateral and templatesMarketing content (i.

e. project descriptions, resumes, and text library)CRM database - data gathering and inputDigital asset library, project descriptions, resumes, and other collateral materials

Conduct marketing research and lead searchingAssist as required with multi-platform communications, including marketing campaigns, social media effortsSupport development and submission of awards entriesRequirements

Ability to deliver detailed assignments with high levels of accuracyStrong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work collaboratively as part of inter-office teamsStrong oral, written, and graphic communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative SuiteKnowledge of CRM / relational database platforms (experience with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint is a plus)
