Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will assist our Amazon Marketplace Manager and the DMF team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with work within the Amazon portal, purchase orders and the returns process.
Location :
Corporate Office - Warminster, Pa
Key Responsibilities :
Prepares and processes Amazon Weekly PO’s.
Sustain partnership with operations team to maintain KPIs for direct fulfillment orders, such as, but not limited to on-time and accurate fulfillment and confirmation of orders within the portal.
Maintain updated product information relevant to customer on internal master file
Follow process for preparing and emailing pallet labels to third party.
Support Content update and variation fixes
Submit Amazon tickets / shortage disputes
Utilize Excel and D365 for inventory and workload.
Process customer returns according to the guidelines.
Problem solve issues with a sense of urgency by effectively collaborating and communicating with the team.
Provides support to management as needed.
Perform job related duties as requested.
Qualifications :
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and web-browsers
Excellent people skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams
Utilize strong time management skills to successfully manage and complete multiple projects
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to read, speak and count in English
Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and D365 is preferred
