What You’ll DoCreate and manage project plans for various marketing and event activitiesOrganizes marketing activities to promote eventsManages event schedule and coordinates resources and travel required for eventReceives and responds to questions and concerns from event attendeesCreates new events and manages activities for eventsDevelops and implements policies, procedures, and staff trainingCoordinates and plans logistics for eventsManages event schedule and coordinates travelOrganizes and orders necessary marketing materials for eventsTracks and reports on event spending and budgetingCross-department collaboration between accounting, application, marketing, and productionAssist sales, marketing, production, accounting, and application teams with projects as directedRequirementsSkills and Abilities RequiredAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and / or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standardsAbility to travel by car and plane for events as needed.
