Job Description
Join us on an exhilarating journey, combining your passion for sales and photography with the excitement of youth sports.
Our photographers travel across the country covering youth sports tournaments for 2-3 days, on average. From cityscapes to countryside, we capture memories through unforgettable posed photos of the teams at these tournaments and sell them to players' parents / guardians.
We're looking for charismatic team members who love to travel and can work all-day tournaments.
Compensation
- Make up to $35 an hour, after training, with a performance bonus. Base rate is $17 per hour.
- Opportunity to travel to different cities / states!

We're a sports photography company based in Austin, TX. Our team travels nationwide to provide the highest quality team photos to our customers at every level of youth sports.

Duties and Responsibilities
As a Team Member, you will be responsible for duties including but not limited to : sales, customer service, photography, and event setup / breakdown.
Other duties may be assigned as determined by the event Team Leader, District Manager, and other PhotoMules Leadership.
Specific Duties will Include :
Photography and editing of team photos
In-person sales with player parents / guardians
Traveling to designated tournaments
Event setup and breakdown
Being a team player
Skills and Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales position
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to take initiative and apply critical thinking to daily tasks
Ability to work outside in hot / humid weather and be on your feet for a long period of time, two to three days in a row, walking up to 10 miles per day
Available to work on the weekends (Friday-Sunday)
