Who we are :

Oracle is seeking an SEO content strategist. This person would join a dynamic, experienced team of content professionals as it continues to scale up content publishing across many fronts.

We're looking for someone to execute against existing content strategies, but who can also infuse our team with new ideas!

What you’ll do

Perform keyword and topic research for new content and to improve existing content

Conduct search competitive analysis and intent research to inform content opportunities

Define and develop thoughtful, data-informed content briefs optimized for SEO, UX and CRO

Closely collaborate with SEO, editorial and CRO teams to meet business objectives

Field and respond to inquiries from external writing contractors regarding brief assignments and / or content strategy

Troubleshoot underperforming content by identifying content weaknesses and crafting remediation strategies

Actively seek out new content opportunities

About you

You have 3-5 years of data-informed, full-cycle SEO experience, preferably in B2B / SaaS environments. You are a highly organized analytical and autonomous worker with a strong attention to detail.

You have proven time management skills, and able to be a self-starter under minimal supervision, you can effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and efficiently.

You are a strong communicator and collaborator with a positive attitude and have an intense curiosity to learn as much as possible especially all things SEO and content strategy!

What you’ll bring :

Expert level understanding of search intent, B2B buying journeys, and linking strategies

Demonstrated track record of increasing rankings and traffic while managing and executing SEO strategies and tactics

Ability to marry data analysis and experience based intuition in order to deliver outstanding outcomes

Proficiency with SEO tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, AHREFS, Moz, etc.

Must love to live and breathe content strategy with a competitive edge

Strong Excel skills

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US : Hiring Range : from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.

Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave : 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
