Job Posting for Regional Director of Admissions and Marketing at Medical Facilities of America
Medical Facilities of America, an innovative regional healthcare company which owns and operates post-acute rehabilitation and transitional care centers throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia and North Carolina, is seeking a Regional Director of Census Development. This Director will be responsible for leading a team of Admission Directors and RN Liaisons in the Northern Region, with a primary focus of improving care transitions from the acute care setting to short-term post-acute setting. The Northern Region consists of 9 post-acute facilities located around Northern Va, Culpeper and Charlottesville.
Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven track record of past sales performance
- Strategic business development skills, including business planning; quarterly and annual plans with significant data analysis designed to drive successful tactics and strategies
- Effective goal and objective setting and follow-through
- Project management experience
- Strong customer relationship building qualities; specifically with front-line hospital staff, middle management and senior leadership
- Strong leadership, coaching and development skills with regards to development of high-performing teams
- Preferred candidates will hold at a minimum, a bachelor’s degree and will have healthcare management experience
