Job Posting for Self Pay Collector/Front Desk - Medical Insurance at Medical Mgmt Billing Solutions
A Medical Billing Company has an opening for an experienced Self-Pay Collector/Front Desk Administrative position. Must be able to check patient balances, answer phone calls, verify insurance eligibility, prepare and send out mail, take patient payments in person and over the phone. Experience with Allscripts is a plus, not a requirement. Must be able to read all aspects of an EOB, identify patient charges, process write offs/adjustments and process refunds (you will be tested on these abilities). Must have experience and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid & Commercial Insurances (BCBS, Humana, etc). EOE
