Job Posting for Revenue Cycle Manager at Medical Office Billing
We are a small, family owned, medical practice looking for someone to lead our Revenue Cycle team. While your primary role is a managerial one, due to our small size you may also need to assist your team with day-to-day billing and authorizations. Ideally we would want someone who has run a practice much larger than ours that is ready and willing to share their knowledge with others and help a smaller practice learn and grow. We have a great company with employees that love to help our patients and provide the best quality care in the state of Colorado.
This is a full-time, salaried position working onsite daily.
Experience
Experience managing a successful medical team
A minimum of five years’ experience in medical billing and collections with a minimum of 2 years managerial experience within a medical office
Experience in appeals/denials
Credentialing
Insurance contracts
Authorization experience
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets, MS Excel
Medicare/Medicaid as well as Commercial Insurance experience
Key Daily Responsibilities
Oversee, direct, and ensure efficient authorizations and billing operations
Plan, organize and delegate daily work
Ensure polices, procedures, credentialing and contracts are up to date
Department Financial projects
Manage revenue cycle staff daily performances: productivity, volume, and quality of work, accuracy, etc.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports based off reports/goals provided by our Practice Administrator.
Participate with developing and maintaining high standards set forth by our Practice Administrator.
Other duties as assigned by our Practice Administrator.
Salary is dependent on experience and job performance.
