Pain Management Clinic
Our Pain Management clinic is seeking a friendly, compassionate, and organized individual to join our rapidly growing healthcare team! We are a busy practice and we are in need of a motivated and hard working individual to assist us in providing top notch care for our patients
Duties may include:
Check-in, copay collection, scanning patient forms, etc.
Check-out, scheduling procedures, follow up visits, etc.
Insurance benefit verification both electronically and verbally
Electronic medical record maintenance i.e. auditing file to ensure up to date consent forms, insurance cards, and valid photo ID are scanned in
Incoming phone calls
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year in a medical front office with insurance verification, referrals, and authorization experience
Experience with EClinicalWorks and Availity preferred, but not required
Friendly, compassionate, organized, and able to prioritize and manage time effectively
Experience in navigating Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge is a must
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but NOT required
Ability to occasionally travel to our satellite office in Greenville, TX
