What are the responsibilities and job description for the A/R Specialist position at Medical Professionals?

In this position you will:
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of the demographic and charge entry function compliant with Federal and State regulations and RC Billing policy and procedures
- Ensure daily accurate balancing of charges posted
- Ensure timely daily resolution of any demographic and/or charges submitted lacking necessary information to allow entry
- Prepare and maintain the charge log per client ensuring all charge totals are listed accordingly and balanced on a daily basis
The right candidate will have:
- 1 years of Medical Office experience
- Knowledgeable of ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, and HCPC codes
- Experience with medical claims
- EHR experience
- Excellent computer skills
What we offer:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4M or 8 AM - 5 PM
- Pay: $20 - $22/hr
