Job Posting for Medical assistant medical at Medical Professionals
We are looking to hire an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team!
Job Duties :
- Greet and room patients, ensuring appropriate patient flow
- Demonstrate ability and appropriate technical skills
- Manage phone triage and take appropriate action under the direction of the provider
- Process prescription refills following clinical protocol
- Update patient s medical chart with accurate action under the direction of the provider
- Provide patient education as well as personal patient care to provide comfort and well-being to acknowledge physiological and psychological needs
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Medical terminology knowledge
- 2 years of Medical Assistant experience (AAMA certification a plus!)
