Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Director of HR to refine our recruitment strategies and provide insights on employment offers and partnerships
- Develop and execute long-term recruiting strategies, attend industry events, and enhance our recruiting materials and job board presence
- Manage the entire hiring process from interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
- Use our applicant tracking system to streamline job management, track candidate progress, and generate insightful reports
- Oversee administrative details, manage background checks, and maintain employee records to uphold company standards and compliance
Qualifications :
- Associates / Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or Business
- 2 years of full life-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within a staffing agency
