High school diploma or equivalent required Active Home Health Aide certification or Certified Nursing Aide certification from the state you are working in is required. Must provide satisfactory evidence of successful completion from a state or other Home Health Aide training program that meets the requirements or must successfully complete a Home Health Aide training and competency evaluation program prior to providing direct patient care. 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, or home health agency is preferred. Valid driver’s license and insurance Reliable transportation to perform job tasks You will report to the Client Coordinator.
