Urgent opening for LPN for Bridgeton, NJ location
-Strong experience in Phlemobotomy experince/skills.
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with patient assessments and contribute to the development of care plans
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and suture removal as needed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques
- Assist with discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions for patients
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in NJ
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care
