$60,000 - $70,000 based on your Experience and includes $25 per Day travel allowance ($6,500 annually) to get you to and from work - Paid Holidays - Paid Vacation and Sick Leave - Health Insurance - 401k.
Must have basic knowledge of GAAP accounting
You MUST be proficient in Quick Books.
Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation.
Workers Comp Audits.
Purchase Order Issuance and Reconciliation.
Payroll (we use Paychex).
Accounts Payable.
Accounts Receivable (Oversee)
Cash Flow Analysis and Banking Operations.
General Ledger Accounting.
Must be proficient in Quick Books, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
We are seeking a motivated team player to work as a Full Charge Bookkeeper This position is responsible for day-to-day management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger Accounting, and Special Projects.
We have an outside CPA firm that handles the final adjustments.
We are seeking an individual who is professional, detail oriented and punctual. It is important to note that we are seeking someone who can work independently. Self-motivated, Strong Work Ethics, Punctual and consistent Attendance.
Must have knowledge and ability Manage AR, AP, Payroll, Cash Flow Analysis and Banking.
Ability to prepare and present accurate financial statements and other related info to CPA for formal reporting and tax preparation.
Ability to independently prepare bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations.
Ability to multi-task and accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
Diligent, accurate and thorough.
Work well under pressure to balance priorities with various deadlines.
Possess excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
Demonstrate initiative in developing and implementing process improvements and assisting firm principals in maintaining a profitable business.
