Training: Next training classes 6/19/2023 & 7/17/2023
Paid training is held in the classroom of our Metro Detroit training center. In- clinic training will follow.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Consulting with prospective patients to learn and understand his or her weight loss goals and determine the appropriate weight loss program.
- Customize one of the standard plan outlines to meet the needs of the patient.
- Perform daily visits with existing patients. Provide individualized guidance and suggestions where necessary for maximum benefit of the program. Offer motivation and support throughout each individual plan.
- Educate patients on various company products that will enhance his or her success.
- Assist clinic manager and staff in reaching clinic service and sales goals.
Qualifications and skills necessary to be successful:
- Have a genuine interest in weight loss and nutrition.
- Must be passionate about living and leading a healthy lifestyle and maintain a professional appearance that reflects lifestyle choices
- Excellent communication skills
- Active listening skills are essential in order to develop customized strategies for each individual patient's needs.
- Be able to deliver outstanding customer service and offer quality guidance to those trying to achieve their goals.
- Be self-motivated to help patients and drive clinic sales
Clinic hours of operation:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Tuesday/Thursday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
*Must be available every other Saturday*
