The Medical Office Assistant is responsible for all clerical functions within the clinic. This includes, but is not limited to, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, entering patients in the Meditech system, pulling charts and entering dictation into charts.
The Medical Office Assistant should have knowledge of coding and any other duties required to provide quality care to our patients.
