FAMILY OR INTERNAL MEDICINE PHYSICIAN – 20 HOUR WORK WEEK / 1 Week a month

 

Health by Design, a Medici company is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for our out-patient, primary care clinic located in Port Arthur, TX (77640). This VERY PART TIME position is located on-site at an Employee Health and Wellness Center.  Set schedule, working the 2nd week of every month on Tuesday & Wednesday from 7:30am-4:00pm and Friday from 8:00am-12:00 Noon (20 hours a week). This is a wonderful opportunity for an individual who desires a set schedule but does not want to work full-time. All-adult patient population, 30 min and 1-hour appointments. Value-based care model – no fee-for-service billing! No call, no after-hours charting and plenty of support working with 2 RN’s!

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited US School of Medicine; MD or DO
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible
  • Current unrestricted license (Louisiana)
  • Current DEA Certificate
  • BLS - Basic Life Support Certification
