What will I be doing?

As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our Sales, Media Operations, and Product Strategy teams by providing data analytics, reporting, and media fulfillment strategy. You will work directly with data analysts, operations, sales support, and programmatic trading teams.

The essential functions of this job include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide accurate, timely, and informative outputs and insights to Sales and Product teams to meet their business needs
  • Develop audience composition, strategy, and pricing for RFPs for campaign execution across digital, email, social, OTT, and ATV channels
  • Deliver and analyze relevant data to help evaluate addressable media strategy to support client opportunities and campaign implementation and optimization
  • Provide analysis on key business drivers and metrics – understand how data analysis and information can solve business problems and provide opportunities for process improvement
  • Develop audience composition analysis for Performance Analytics
  • Provide statistical solutions daily to support clients, sales, and operations
  • Create and improve data workflows, crosswalks and outputs using data analytic tools to ensure efficiency, accuracy in meeting project specifications and deliverables
  • Onboard vendor data, run quality controls, validation processes and load to data warehouse
  • Perform data modeling functions to identify insights
  • Use Medicx tools and cloud-based solutions in daily workflow and processing including but not limited HubSpot, SharePoint, and NetSuite
  • Strive to meet client expectations for every campaign, providing the highest level of customer service, campaign performance to goals and gaining repeat business

· MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Required Education and Experience?

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with Marketing, Marketing Analytics

· 1-3 years of experience

· Experience in marketing, and operational workflows

Preferred Education and Experience?

  • Digital pharma marketing, digital pharma advertising, or other relevant experience on social media platforms, display advertising networks, search platforms, or other digital marketing platforms
  • Pharma, health data, and software experience
  • Application of health data in pharma commercial and clinical analytics
  • Pharmaceutical marketing industry experience
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (NetSuite, Celigo)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (FKA Datorama)
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL
