Delivery Drivers are an important member of our team, responsible for delivering food and equipment to client events. As an extension of the company, delivery drivers bring food orders from the kitchen to customers rapidly and accurately.
We're looking for someone who pays attention to details, ensuring that everything that a customer orders gets to them (including the complete food order, utensils, extras like condiments, etc).
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Full-time position with availability to work flexible hours, including early morning, late nights and weekends on occasion
Maintain verbal communication with chefs to check on the status of orders
Able to communicate in English is preferred. Spanish is very welcome
Ability to lift 50 lbs at times during loading/unloading
Familiar with Google Calendar and Google Maps (GPS)
Keep track of truck and van maintenance scheduled
Double-check quantities and verify order items prior to packing/loading
Load and unload delivery van and/or truck for full-service events
Pull equipment needed for full-service events days before event date
Utility duties at on-site events, including coffee service, drop-station and breakdown
Help Warehouse Manager keep inventory of equipment in our warehouse
Able to produce a clean driving record, valid state driver's license and pass background check is mandatory due to catering at government locations
