We are seeking an energetic and team-oriented bilingual Patient Service Representative to join a non-profit medical group. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play an essential role in ensuring that patients receive the care and support they need.
This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish, as well as a commitment to serving our diverse patient population. Candidate must be flexible to work in other satellite offices.
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00/hr. DOE
Shift: Monday - Friday - 7:30AM - 4:30PM (must be flexible to work weekends)

Patient Service Representative Requirements:
- 2 years Patient Service Representative experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (Required): Fluency in both languages to effectively communicate with our diverse patient base.
- Insurance Verification: Knowledge of the insurance verification process, with experience in verifying insurances, especially Medi-Cal/Medicare/HMO.
- Customer Service Skills: A strong background in customer service with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- EMR Experience: Solid experience with any EMR software. Knowledge of EPIC EMR is a plus!
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced.
